Blogger turns Rogue looking for answers to a chaotic timeline

In a world where timelines twist and turn unpredictably, one intrepid blogger decides to take matters into their own hands.

Embracing the chaos, they embark on a daring quest for answers.  Driven by an unyielding curiosity and a passion for uncovering the truth.

With each step, they navigate the labyrinth of time, determined to bring clarity to the confusion.  While inspiring others with their fearless pursuit of knowledge.

The truth is out there.  Not political BS but real people who care enough to
support the realities that escape the highly questionable liars of the day.
We need to support them not whimper and whine accepting the fear these liars promote.

Several issues leap to the forefront, exposing the evil of consistent lies. The threat of  “woke” – confusing reality to suit the argument of the speaker.

We are all victims of misinformation and outright lies, if the truth be told. It leaves us here and in the dark as to what we can do to face and deal with these acts of misinformation as well as  deliberate disinformation that feed such lies.

It’s time to open the door on what others wish remained hidden,  Their playbook secrets of how their messages continue to create the fear.  By dividing  through the  dissolution of people and country. By spouting egregious errors showing flagrant ignorance they want you to believe.

This issue, let’s start with WOKE!

It amazes me with all the racial ignorance being promoted, that the one word they all like to use is “WOKE”

No problem! Here’s an overview of the history and meaning of the term “woke”:

### History of “Woke”

According to wikipedia …

**Origins in African-American Vernacular English (AAVE)**: The term “woke” originated in the African-American community, specifically within African-American Vernacular English (AAVE). It initially meant being awake or alert to social and political issues, particularly those related to racial injustice and discrimination.

Early Usage: The term has been used for decades within the Black community. For example, in the 1960s, the phrase “stay woke” was used in the context of the civil rights movement, urging people to remain vigilant and aware of systemic injustices.

Can the current use of WOKE intention to confuse its original intent?

The current use of “woke” can indeed be confusing, and this confusion often stems from how the term has been co-opted and politicized over time.

No matter your political stance or cultural affiliation, this short and simple word, in use since the twelfth century, now has the power to raise your blood pressure—and your guard.

Originally, “woke” was a term used within the African-American community to signify being aware of social injustices, particularly racial discrimination. It was about remaining vigilant and informed about systemic issues and actively advocating for change.

Contemporary Usage

For hundreds of years, the word remained unchanged, related to the verb awake. But in the 1960s, that shifted when woke evolved into an adjective—mostly used in African American English.

Positive Connotation: For many, it still means being socially aware and actively fighting against injustices.

Negative Connotation: For others, especially critics, it has come to represent what they see as excessive political correctness or performative activism.

Confusion and Misuse

The term’s broad adoption and the polarized views around it have led to its original intent being muddled. Some people use “woke” to genuinely describe social awareness, while others use it pejoratively to criticize or mock what they perceive as overzealous activism. This dual usage can create confusion and dilute the term’s original meaning.

In summary, while the current use of “woke” isn’t necessarily intended to confuse, the way it has been politicized and used in various contexts has certainly led to a divergence from its original intent. This can make it challenging to understand what someone means when they use the term today.
